Print and fill out the Collins PTA Membership Form. Drop it off along with a check for the membership fee ($10) at the PTA table in the school office (during school hours). There will be a designated box at the PTA table.
PTA MEMBERSHIP IS PER INDIVIDUAL.

Members receive the Collins PTA Student Directory (available by December). Get connected with other PTA families at Collins. You will receive additional discount and offers upon receiving your membership card and directory. You are welcome to attend our PTA general association meetings, open to all PTA members.
