OPEN LETTER TO COLLINS FAMILIES WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN OUR DIRECT DONATION CAMPAIGN

Dear Parent / Guardian:

Thank you for your generous donation towards our Direct Donation Campaign! With your donation, Collins students receive an enriched curriculum including Art, Music, Library, Assemblies, and many more programs.

Do you know that many employers will match your donation with the same amount (and sometimes even more)?

Most corporations that have a matching gift program for direct donations utilize BENEVITY. If you do not see your workplace on their website, please check with your Human Resources department about your company's corporate match program.

If you have any forms (i.e. Employer Matching Gift Form) to complete, we will be happy to complete the forms on your behalf and return them to your employer.

Please drop off your corporate match forms at the PTA Direct Donation Box at the school office or mail them to:
